Say bubye to Dandruff the natural way..

Hi all,

This time I am back with some useful fail-proof tips for a healthy, shiny, dandruff free hair by natural means! Guess you are smiling at this point. I can see your eyes gleaming with excitation..

Though I can say that I have invented this new process, actually I have modified the already existing one according to my hair texture. This tip worked out for me very well that I found my hair so soft, silky and shiny than before and that too without dandruff for a whole week!! That's saying something..

Let's see the process of eliminating the toughest enemy of your hair- The Dirty Dandruff!!

Tip I

Step 1: Mix equal parts of almond oil, coconut oil together in a vessel.
Step 2: Warm this mixture a little on the stove.
Step 3: Gently massage the warm mixture on the scalp with your fingers or cotton.
Step 4: Leave it on your hair  for 30-45 minutes before shampooing. Though overnight usage will give better results, I recommend 30 minutes for the first time user.
Step 5: Put a shower cap or a soft towel soaked in warm water around your head will enhance the soaking in of the oil into the pores of your scalp (I actually experienced this myself.. OMG! It was a feeling of warmth and bliss).
Step 6: Once you feel the warmth of the towel leaving your head, you can go for shampoo.
Step 7: Use a mild Shampoo without SLES (Sodium Laureth Sulfates) I would recommend Himalaya Protein Mild Shampoo or Anti Dandruff Shampoo.
Step 8: Dilute the shampoo with warm water. For 1 spoon of shampoo, add 4 spoons of warm water.
Step 9: Gently massage the spots with the diluted shampoo where you feel the itching due to dandruff. Repeat the process until you feel relieved from the itching.
Step 10: Rinse off the shampoo from your hair with one spoon of lime juice mixed in warm water. Air dry your hair.

Tip II

Step 1: Mix equal parts of coconut oil and lime juice and warm it up for few seconds. Almond oil can be added if you wish.
Step 2: Massage it through your scalp and hair strands for 15 minutes, especially on the spots of itching.
Step 3: Leave the mixture on your head for 20-30 minutes
Step 4: Shampoo your hair with mild shampoo or shikakai or soap nut mixture.
Step 5: Rinse your hair with lime juice mixed with warm water.
